Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any products from Ai Shoot PDF. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Product Description
Ai Shoot PDF offers a digital PDF guide with step-by-step instructions, prompt templates, pose references and photoshoot scenarios for creating professional AI-generated fashion photography using third-party AI tools (NanoBanana 2, Seedream 5 and others).
2. License
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own personal or business purposes. This license may be terminated if you violate any of the terms below. You may not: resell, redistribute, share, copy or publish the guide or any part of it; use the guide to create competing products; remove copyright notices. Each license is for one user only.
3. Payment, Taxes and Delivery
All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means that your purchase is technically processed by the payment provider on behalf of Ai Shoot PDF. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the payment provider's terms of service. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your location. The final price including any applicable taxes will be displayed before you confirm the payment. Payment is one-time. After successful payment you receive instant access to download the PDF. Delivery is fully digital.
4. "As Is" and No Guarantees
The guide is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, income or image quality. The final result depends heavily on the AI tools used, your prompts, current model capabilities and many other factors outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Shoot PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the guide.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (text, templates, images, prompts, design) is the exclusive intellectual property of Ai Shoot PDF and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
